1. What Information We Collect
We collect your information in a lawful, reasonable and necessary manner. When we provide you with a particular service, we will clearly inform you what information we collect and why we collect the information to respond to your specific service request. Depending on the service you choose, we may collect one or more of the following information in the following scenarios:
1.1 When you register an account on QuecOne, we will collect your account name and contact details, including your email address, phone number, user name, and login credentials. During your interaction with our products, we further collect nickname, country code, language preference or time zone information from your account.
1.2 When you download or use QuecOne, we may read information related to your mobile device, such as hardware model, IMEI number or other unique device identifier, MAC address, IP address, operating system version and settings of the device used to access the service. We may also read the relevant information that you use the device through QuecOne, such as device model, operating status, use frequency and usage of built-in cameras of some devices.
1.3 Smart Device Connection
When you use a smart device, we collect information inherent in the smart device itself and the information generated during your use of the smart device.
1.3.1 Basic information of the smart device: When you use a smart device connected to our products or services, we will collect basic information about the smart device, including device name, device ID, online status, activation time, firmware version and upgrade information.
1.3.2 Information collected during the connection of smart device: The information collected based on the type of smart devices to be connected includes:
1.3.2.1 Smart device connected through Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi information (SSID and Wi-Fi password) and device MAC address;
1.3.2.2 Smart device connected through Wi-Fi after a Bluetooth connection has been established: Wi-Fi information (SSID and Wi-Fi password) and device MAC address;
1.3.2.3 Smart device connected through Bluetooth: device MAC address.
1.4 When you bind and control your device, we will collect your device information, such as device model, IP address, location information, status information, serial number, MAC address, SIM card information, precise GPS location of devices and individuals, latitude and longitude. And we will also collect the transaction and consumption records generated in the App.
1.5 When you use the products or services, we will automatically receive and record the information of your App client, such as your IP address, language, date and time of access and software and hardware characteristics; When you apply for after-sales service, we may also collect the mobile phone number and GPS location information provided by you.
1.6 To help us understand how QuecOne works. We may record the relevant information, such as your usage frequency, crash data, overall usage and performance data.
1.7 User feedback: When you use our services and submit feedback and suggestions related to the services to us, we will collect the feedback (text and pictures) you fill in, and this information will be used for us to timely deal with your application problems and smart device related faults.
1.8 To provide you with push services, send notifications of software updates or new product releases (including but not limited to marketing information of products or services provided by us and relevant third party), you agree that we collect the information about your device (such as IMEI or OAID, Serial Number, IMSI, User ID, Android ID, Google Advertising ID, mobile region settings, device model, mobile power, mobile operating system version and language), the information of your application using push service (such as APP package name and version number, running status), network related information (such as IP or domain name connection result, current network type), message sending result, notification bar status (such as notification bar permission and user click behavior) and screen lock status (such as whether the screen is locked and whether the lock screen notifications are allowed).
1.9 Device permission calling: When we provide you with a service, you may need to turn on some device permissions, including storage, notification, GPS location and camera access permissions. You can also refuse our collection of the relevant personal information by turning off some or all permissions in the settings of your device at any time. The permission display and shutdown methods may vary from device to device, please refer to the instructions or guidelines provided by the device and system developer for details.
1.9.1 Read and write external storage space (Android version): to read and write photos and files in the device when you use scanning, user feedback features.
1.9.2 Location permission (Android and iOS): to identify regions, discover nearby smart devices and WLAN list.
1.9.3 Camera permission (Android and iOS): to scan QR code to bind the device.
1.9.4 WLAN permission (Android and iOS): to configure device Wi-Fi for device communication.
1.9.5 Bluetooth permission (Android and iOS): to send a Bluetooth signal when establishing a quick connection for communication.
In addition, we may collect other information, such as the information you provide to us when you participate in user experience programs and when you interact with us.
1.10 What calls for special attention is that device information or service log information alone is unable to identify a particular natural person. If we combine such non-personal information with other information to identify a particular natural person or use non-personal information in combination with personal information, such non-personal information will be considered as personal information during the period of use. We will anonymize and de-identify such information, unless otherwise authorized by you or required by law or regulation.
1.11 If the information you provide contains personal information from other users, you need to ensure that you have obtained legal authorization before providing us with such personal information. If any personal information about a minor is involved, you must obtain the consent from the minor's guardian prior to publication, in which case the guardian has the right to contact us in the way provided in Article 9 of this Policy to request correction or deletion of the content relating to the minor's personal information.
We will obtain your consent in advance if we intend to use the information for other purposes not specified in this statement, or we intend to use the information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, or we actively obtain your information from third parties.
1.12 Exception Authorization: you fully understand and agree that we collect and use your personal information without your consent and we may not respond to your requests for correction/modification, deletion, cancellation, withdrawal of consent and request for information under the following circumstances:

2. How We Use Your Information

2.3 It is important to note that the above usage covers the main ways in which we use your information. From time to time, we may provide you with a more diverse range of services by updating website pages or device firmware. When we intend to use the information for other purposes not specified in this statement or use the information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will ask for your content again by signing a policy, pop-up prompts or updating this Policy.
3. When We Share Your Information
We do not share your information with any company, organization or individual except Quectel and its affiliates, except in the following cases:
3.1 We will share your personal information with other parties after obtaining your explicit consent.
3.2 Share your personal information with our employees and our global affiliates when necessary for implementing service functions, generally for the following purposes: provide you with further services, internal management needs, detect and process data leakage, illegal activities and fraud, maintain the integrity of the company's information technology system and so on. We will only share necessary personal information with our employees to a minimum extent and will be bound by this Privacy Policy. We will sign confidentiality agreements with the authorized employees.
3.3 Share your personal information with our third-party service providers (or partners) to assist us in providing or improving our services, including but not limited to cloud service, information system technical support and customer service. We will only share your personal information for legitimate, proper, necessary, specific and clear purposes and will only share the personal information necessary for providing services. Our third-party service providers (or partners) are not authorized to use the shared personal information for any other purpose. If we receive any judicial or other documents such as government subpoenas, search warrants or orders, we will immediately report them to our Data Protection Office and respond to the relevant authorities after Data Protection Office’s review. If our review determines that the relevant authorities have jurisdiction and that there is no other law prohibiting us from doing so, we will disclose the requested information to the judiciary or the government and limit the disclosure to the extent expressly required by the order or warranty.
3.6 In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, we may share, transfer or publicly disclose your information without your consent under the following circumstances:

3.7 Third-party Information Sharing and SDK services
When you use the services provided by a third party, we will share the corresponding information after ensuring that the third party obtains your authorized consent or in other circumstances in accordance with laws and regulations. 4. How We Store Your Information
For the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, the laws of the corresponding jurisdictions will apply depending on where the personal information is generated. If we need to transfer your personal information to our affiliates or third-party service providers outside the jurisdiction where you belong to, we will comply with the relevant applicable laws. We ensure that all such transfers meet the requirements of applicable local data protection laws by implementing uniform safeguards. (1) When you use the products and/or services provided by us in the People's Republic of China, the personal information we collect in the People's Republic of China will only be stored on the servers in the People's Republic of China and will not be transferred across the border. Except for the following circumstances: there are explicit provisions in laws and regulations; Obtain your express authorization; You conduct cross-border transactions through the Internet and other personal initiatives.

6.1.2 For personal information generated during your use of our products or services, if you need, you can contact us in the way stated in Article 9.
6.2 Correct Your Personal Information
You have the right to request us to correct or supplement your personal information if you find that we have made mistakes in handling your personal information. You can make corrections or supplements by visiting the Personal Information Settings page or contacting us directly.
6.3 Delete Your Personal Information
In the following cases, you can contact QuecOne Customer Service to request the deletion of your personal information.
6.3.1 If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations.
6.3.2 If we collect and use personal information without your explicit consent.
6.3.3 If our handling of personal information has seriously violated our agreement with you.
6.3.4 If you do not need to use our products and services, or you voluntarily cancel your QuecOne account.
6.3.5 If you do not need our products or services permanently.
6.3.6 If we decide to respond to your removal request, we will stop providing you with products or services and delete your personal information as required by applicable law.
6.4 Carry Your Personal Information: You can ask us to provide you with your data and, where possible, transfer your data directly to the data controller.
7. Cancel Account
7.1 If you need, you can delete/cancel your account in [Me] - [My Account] - [Cancel Account], or you can contact us through the contact information in Article 9 to cancel your account.
7.2 After you cancel your account, we will stop providing you with products or services, and delete your personal information according to your request.
7.3 Withdrawal of Consent: We will protect your right to withdraw your consent in the following ways:
7.3.1 As mentioned above, you can withdraw your consent in [Me] - [System Settings] - [Privacy Permission Management]. The permissions include location permission, camera permission, album (picture library/video library) permission, microphone permission and Bluetooth permission.
7.3.2 You can turn off the push of notifications, alerts and messages which you have agreed to in [Me] - [Push Settings].
8. How We Protect the Information of Minors
8.1 Our service is primarily intended for adults, but for children who use our service, we take additional procedures and measures to help keep their personal data safe. We consider minors under the age of 14 (or the age specified by local law) as children. In cases where personal data of a child is collected with parental consent, we will only use or disclose such data where it is permitted by law, with the express consent of the parent or guardian, or where it is necessary to protect the child. If we find that we have collected the personal information of a minor without the prior consent of a verifiable guardian, we will try to delete the relevant content as soon as possible.
